Pallan Holdings Ltd. is a land holding and development part of the Pallan Group of companies. It has raw land inventory both in residential and commercial zoning for future development.
RESIDENTIAL
One residential land parcel is partially developed into residential lots, and most of these lots have new homes built on them. The balance of this property is to be developed in nine phases over the next 10 years.
Additional residential land has been re-zoned for gated communities on which patio homes will be built as demand for this product develops and these will target senior citizens downsizing from larger homes or moving into our community from larger cities.
COMMERCIAL
Commercial buildings, which have been built on some of the commercial land holdings were specifically designed and built for the use of the tenants. These are leased out on long term leases. Additional commercial sites will be developed as tenants are secured.
One prime waterfront site, in the heart of downtown Campbell River, is zoned for multi story commercial and condominium development and this site will be developed once there is sufficient demand for commercial space along with demand for the waterfront condominium units.
